| "Tony" Acrylic on canvas Xan Blackburn previous back to portrait gallery next Tony's portrait was done as part of one of my occasional *Portrait Marathons. He looks a little worried, like he might be trying to be invisible, there on the "good" couch. *That's when I announce a first-come, first-served sign up, and paint small portraits of each pet as quickly as I can (not always that quickly!), until the alloted number has been reached or I run out of canvasses or time. There is always a donation made out of the proceeds for these marathons to a pet welfare organization I choose ahead of time. |
