| "Hailey" by Xan Blackburn Acrylic on canvas Hailey's portrait was done as part of one of my occasional *Portrait Marathons. Hailey's portrait has a retro feel to it that I was surprised by, but quite like. I can see her smiling out on an advertisement from the 30s, probably for something supposed to make you happy. *That's when I announce a first-come, first-served sign up, and paint small portraits of each pet as quickly as I can (not always that quickly!), until the alloted number has been reached or I run out of canvasses or time.
